The Depth of Your Bench

Big Idea: We cannot win spiritual battles alone

  1. The Battle is Real

  2. God’s Strategy Includes Teamwork

  3. When Leaders Get Tired

  4. God Used the Team to Get the Victory

Family Follow-Up Questions

  1. What’s the Depth of Your Bench?

  2. Who Are Your Aaron & Hur?

    Ask honestly:

    1. Who can tell when I’m tired?

    2. Who helps me stay faithful when I’m weary?

    3. Who holds me up instead of judging me?

Challenge: If you don’t have them - you’re not failing, but you are vulnerable.

  3. Community is Essential to Victory

Isolation feels strong - but it’s actually dangerous.

Truth: God never designed spiritual battles to be solo sports.

Church isn’t just a place to attend - it’s a team to belong to.

  4. Serving Others Strengthens the Whole Team

    1. Sometimes you’re Moses.

    2. Sometimes you’re Joshua.

    3. Sometimes you’re Aaron or Hur.

    Mature faith asks:

    1. “Whose arms can I help lift this week?”

    2. When you serve:

      1. Leaders last longer

      2. Faith stays stronger

      3. Victories multiply
